Skytop’s transportation teams are second to none. We have relied on Skytop’s nonemergency medical transport to provide stretcher transportation for a medically fragile person for the past two years. The team is compassionate, safe and timely. The vehicles are clean and well maintained. I ride along as the caregiver and I am always treated with respect and care as well. I would like to also acknowledge Mr. Marvel Harrigan for his above and beyond level of service, genuine compassion, and skillful transfers. We have driven with Mr. Harrigan several times and feel very safe with him. All of your teams are good and I’m relieved when Skytop has accepted our transportation request.
I believe Skytop is at the forefront of non-medical transportation for those that need this type of medical help. I met two of their drivers. Isiah Adams and Marvel, they were very polite and respectful.
I was having a procedure done and I need to be at the hospital first thing in the AM at Sebastian Hosp. Skytop Isiah (the driver) was at my home in time to get to the hospital. I found out that the procedure will take about 2-3 hours and I mention to the driver I will call as soon as I can. When I was rolled out-side he was waiting for me, ask if I was alright, and made sure that I got into my home safely.
